Seller and eligible orders
The seller is 广州市增城飒盾服装经营部, trading as YX KIDS LAB, based in Guangzhou, China. Purchasers must be at least 18. The 7-in-1, 12-in-1 and 16-in-1 kits can be ordered to Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE · Dubai, Malaysia and the Philippines subject to stock and destination availability, with up to 3 units of each kit per order. UAE delivery is limited to Dubai addresses.
Prices and payment
The selected destination determines the payment currency: SGD for Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines; HKD for Hong Kong; USD for Dubai. Review goods and standard shipping before approving PayPal payment. Normal shipping and import charges are covered by us for Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. For Malaysia and the Philippines, import taxes and remote-area charges may be payable by the recipient. Payment methods offered by PayPal depend on buyer and account eligibility; card payment is not guaranteed for every buyer. Payment is confirmed only after our server verifies the completed PayPal capture; a screenshot or return-page visit alone is not proof of payment. Pending or failed payments are not paid orders. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
Product use
The 7-in-1 NO.705 construction kit is intended for ages 8+ with adult help and supervision. It builds one of seven models at a time. It uses solar power with an AAA battery backup; the AAA battery is not included. The 12-in-1 NO.703 and 16-in-1 NO.715 kits are also for ages 8+ and build one model at a time; each includes a lithium battery. Small parts are unsuitable for children under 3. Follow the supplied assembly, battery and charging instructions with adult supervision; solar performance depends on lighting.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
The delivery and returns policies form part of these terms. Future price changes do not change orders already paid. Contact support@yxkidslab.com with your order reference for assistance. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or remedies under applicable consumer law.
